Volatile Solutions is Anthony Volatile’s web development and visual design business. This page describes information handled through https://volatile-solutions.net and its project inquiry, proposal, invoice, communication and booking services.

2. Information you provide
The project inquiry form collects your name, email, optional company and website, project type and stage, project description, requested help, budget range, timeline and submission consent. If you arrange a call, we also collect booking details, a phone number for phone calls and any notes you choose to provide.
Project administration can include correspondence, internal project notes, follow-up dates, proposals, invoices, billing details and records of their status. Public document pages record invoice viewing when applicable. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for discussing your project.
3. How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, discuss and administer work, prepare proposals and invoices, send project correspondence and arrange calls. Submission identifiers help prevent duplicate requests. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
4. Service providers
Netlify hosts the site and Functions and provides administrator authentication. Neon stores project records. Resend delivers project emails. Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Zoom integrations are implemented but are not configured for launch; they are not required to make a phone booking. If enabled later, they would process the booking information needed to arrange calls.
6. Access and retention
Administrative records are restricted to authorized administrators. Client proposal, invoice and booking links provide access to the corresponding document or booking; keep these links private. Information is retained while needed to respond to inquiries and administer work and associated records.
